Now you will get all the results related to the picture. Also you will see all the pages on which this image is present.
It will also show you related searches on this image so you can get more images from the single image of that person. As you can see here I have used Jennifer winget's image and it shows me photos related to Jennifer winget.
If you ask me which one is better, Bing or Google, then I will say that both are good and both show all the related results to the uploaded photo. It's your choice, use Google or Bing you will get the same results for the photo you provide to them.
There are others like Yandex and TinEye. They are also search engines and use reverse image search to show results related to images. You can try any of them, all will show a good result for your photo.
Socialmapper is not a search engine. It is an open source tool which can identify anyone using a photo and shows all the social media accounts of the person in the photo. If you search a person on socialmapper it will show you all the accounts of the person on social media sites.
